Fast classes offer 20 minute workouts at Pure Gyms

You don't have to spend hours in the gym to tone up and many personal trainers devise speedy, workout anywhere plans to suit their clients' busy lifestyles. Now Pure Gym are getting in on the act, with 15-20 minute classes called Pure Gym FAST.

Pure Gym FAST are intense classes that last between 15-20 minutes, so it's ideal for people pushed for time. Choose from FAST abs, FAST Powerplate, FAST combat, with up to 50 sessions a week to choose from.

There are currently 22 Pure Gym sites in the UK, with plans for more. Membership starts from £17.99 per month and sites are open 24 hours a day. Day passes are also available if you'd like to try one of their sessions. Other classes include Boot Camp, Power Plate, Yoga-lates and Crew (rowing).
